- 08:00hrs-12:00hrs: Meet at registration at Portico in Lusaka Showgrounds for sign-in, fitting of DMDs, Scrutineering and directions to the Elephant Charge HQ.
- 12:00hrs: Campsite opens.
Friday 26th October
- 16:00hrs: Team Briefing and handout of maps. All charge cars must be on site.
Saturday 27th October
- 5:45hrs: Teams assemble at HQ for convoy to Starting Checkpoints
- 7:00hrs: Elephant Charge begins
- 15:00hrs: Elephant Charge ends, all teams report back to HQ
- 17:00hrs: Official results and prize giving
